“I just want my body back”

The closer I got to fifty, the faster my body seemed to be falling down…and out.

Down:  my eyelids, the rest of my face, my toukas!

Out:  my belly.

I would look at myself in the mirror every single morning and say “I just want my body back”!

I tried ALL THE THINGS to lose the weight - the insane exercise programs that I quit within a week, the $100 a month shakes that did nothing except drain my bank account, the ridiculously restrictive diets that left me cranky, angry, tired, and sad.

Nothing worked until…

I discovered life coaching and eventually became a certified life and weight coach.  I learned that before I could change anything about my body, I had to work on changing my mind first. Eventually, I was finally able to stop beating myself up every time I looked in the mirror. I lost the weight too.
